LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — Lancaster County’s Special Emergency Response Team (SERT) took an armed person into custody after a standoff in Lancaster city on Saturday morning.
Police were dispatched to a home on Third Street for a reported domestic violence incident around 8:07 a.m., according to the Lancaster City Bureau of Police.
