Jenny Carter has been serving as Gwinnett County’s interim county attorney this summer, but now the “interim” part of her title is being lifted.
County commissioners recently appointed Carter the Gwinnett’s permanent county attorney, replacing retired attorney Mike Ludwiczak.
“I am truly honored by the opportunity to lead our dedicated Law Department team and serve Gwinnett in this capacity,” Carter said. “I look forward to building on our department’s strong foundation and collaborating with County leadership to ensure our team delivers the highest standard of legal services to support the County’s strategic goals.”…
