GRAND ISLAND, Neb. (KSNB) – A 44-year-old Lincoln man is facing multiple felony charges after Grand Island Police say he used social media to solicit and entice a 15-year-old girl.
Christopher S. Moses was arraigned Monday, Sept. 21, in Hall County Court on 16 felony counts, including 13 counts of child enticement by an electronic communication device and three counts of labor or sex trafficking of a minor.
According to an arrest warrant affidavit filed by Grand Island Police, the investigation began after Moses initiated contact with the juvenile on Snapchat in late May. Despite being informed of her age and school grade, court documents allege Moses sent graphic, sexually explicit messages and requests over the course of several months, attempting to arrange in-person meetings in Grand Island and soliciting illicit photographs…
