LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KATV) — At the intersection of Kanis and Stewart Roads, the traffic signal where the roads meet will create an all-way stop condition to ensure drivers are prepared for the looming traffic pattern change set to take place.
According to a release, starting today, the traffic signal will operate in flashing red mode for about one week.
Bypassing any possible weather setbacks, improvements on the intersection are expected to reach completion by the end of April…
