FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. (KNWA/KFTA) — Multiple cities in the Natural State are featured in the U.S. News & World Report’s latest “Best Places to Live in the U.S.” rankings.
The media company said in a recent news release that to make the top of the list, cities “had to have good value, be a desirable place to live, have a strong job market and a high quality of life.”
Rogers topped the list among Arkansas cities, ranking 39th. Here’s how the rest of the state ranked:
- 93rd — Springdale
- 131st — Fayetteville
- 197th — Conway
- 238th — Fort Smith
The top two cities on the list were a pair of suburbs in the Indianapolis metropolitan area, Carmel and Fishers.
