Special Coca-Cola cans honor Missouri, Arkansas for America’s 250th

SPRINGFIELD, Mo. — Limited edition Missouri and Arkansas Coca-Cola cans are being produced in honor of the United States’ 250th anniversary.

According to an Ozarks Coca-Cola and Dr. Pepper Bottling Company press release, Coca-Cola is releasing a special collection of cans honoring all 50 states, with all the 7.5-ounce mini-cans for the Ozarks region being produced locally by the bottling company.

“This commemorative moment carries real significance, and having the Missouri and Arkansas cans produced here, for the Ozarks, is a point of pride for all of us,” said President and CEO Bruce Long. “It shows our history. It shows our commitment. We’re woven into the fabric of the region and this country. Coca‑Cola and the United States’ 250th belong together.”
