TROUP COUNTY, Ga. (KNWA/KFTA) — A body found on the shore of a Georgia lake more than 35 years ago has been positively identified as an Arkansas man.
On March 11, 1990, a body was found on the shore of West Point Lake in west Georgia in an advanced state of decomposition, according to the Troup County, Georgia, Sheriff’s Office.
