WEST MEMPHIS, Ark. (WMC) – A West Memphis community continues grieving the loss of two young lives after a double homicide Sunday.
According to the West Memphis Police Department, officers responded to a home on Denton Street Sunday and found 19-year-old Malik Jones and 19-year-old Shaniya Smith suffering from gunshot wounds. Despite lifesaving efforts, both died at the scene.
