Minnesota City Named One of America’s Most Dangerous Again

Well, this is definitely not a list we want to be a part of. A new list by the U.S. News & World Report just dropped a list of the places with the highest crime risk in 2026 – 2027.

It shouldn’t be surprising that Memphis came in at number one on the list. Unfortunately, it does usually take the top space on lists like this due to its incredibly high crime rate year after year.

U.S. News & World Report did not share the specific numbers that led Minneapolis – or any other city on this list – to their spot in the rankings, but the numbers must be high if we made the top 20 this year. Bigger cities typically do have more crime.
