A law enforcement source says at least two people are dead after at least six people, including two police officers, were shot in downtown Minneapolis on Wednesday afternoon. The suspect died by suicide.
One officer was shot in the stomach, and another was shot in the leg, a city hall source said. A source close to 5 EYEWITNESS NEWS confirmed one officer is in surgery, but said he is in stable condition as of 6:45 p.m. The other officer received non-life-threatening injuries.
