Metro Transit has identified two pedestrians who were struck and killed by light-rail trains in separate incidents less than 24 hours apart.
Randy Scott Gibbs, 54, of Mendota Heights, was pronounced dead at University and Prior avenues in St. Paul after a westbound Green Line train hit him on Sept. 18 around 8:30 p.m.
