The commentary by Patsy Oburn on the northern section of Morse Boulevard was very well written. It might even have been better if more concise. The solution to the danger of golf carts sharing the roadway with cars in this section of road is very complex, and she does a great job of detailing the issues.
This safety problem has dragged on for years without any improvements because of the complexity. Her explanation makes me believe improvements are still a long way away…
