WEST LINN Ore. (KPTV) – West Linn police are asking potential additional victims to come forward in a case involving a Lake Oswego man suspected of multiple violent incidents against women.
Police said investigators are looking for more victims of Nathan Adam Scates, 45, after responding with the Clackamas County Sheriff’s Office to similar crimes on July 14, 2026. Scates was previously arrested by West Linn police in September 2025, authorities said.
According to police, officers were called about suspicious circumstances at Wilderness Park at 3:20 a.m. Sept. 8, 2025, and found two women hiding nearby. The women told officers they had accepted a ride from Scates, who drove past their Clackamas-area destination and took them to a vacant property outside West Linn and later to Wilderness Park against their will, police said…
