PORTLAND, Ore. — A truck carrying hundreds of live chickens overturned near Ilani Casino in Ridgefield on Wednesday morning, causing a closure of the nearby Interstate 5 ramps.
The Washington State Department of Transportation first warned of the incident just before 9:45 p.m. Wednesday, saying that a collision along I-5 at La Center Road had closed the northbound on-ramp.
