PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) – The Broadway Bridge shut down to all traffic Tuesday afternoon amid a “mechanical malfunction,” officials announced
Around 2:45 p.m., Multnomah County issued a traffic alert, stating the bridge was closed to all vehicles, cyclists, pedestrians and the Portland Streetcar.
