Man in ICU after being thrown from car during PDX carjacking

PORTLAND, Ore. (KATU) — A convicted felon has been lodged in jail on nearly 20 charges after a carjacking that left another man seriously injured, according to court documents obtained by KATU.

Prosecutors stated Port of Portland Police responded to a report of an assault and carjacking on the lower road at the Portland International Airport on Monday, May 4.
