PORTLAND, Ore. (KATU) — One man was killed and another injured after a shooting late Tuesday night, Portland Police said.
According to Portland Police Bureau Central Precinct, officers responded to reports of shots fired near Southwest Naito Parkway and Harvey Milk Street at 10:36 p.m.
