PORTLAND, Ore. — Clark County lifted an emergency alert Thursday afternoon about an “armed and dangerous” suspect on the Vancouver Waterfront.
Around 2:20 p.m., the Vancouver Police Department said in a social media post that the suspect was safely taken into custody and that the shelter-in-place order would be lifted. Traffic will also reopen to pedestrians and vehicles.
