ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — Police in Webster say a search that prompted residents to avoid part of the town has ended, and there is no ongoing threat to the public.
The Webster Police Department said the investigation, which stretched from the village (North) to Phillips Road early Thursday, has been determined to be an isolated incident.
