ROCKFORD, Ill. (WTVO) — A Rockford man is arrested after allegedly trying to burn down a neighbor’s door after a fight early Thursday morning.
According to Rockford Police, officers were dispatched to an apartment complex on Florida Drive after 4:00 a.m. Thursday in response to an arson call. When they arrived, a neighbor told officers that his next-door neighbor, Shawn Genz, 51, allegedly got into a fight with him before another person separated them.
