SAVANNAH, Ga. (WTOC) – Union Mission hosted a ribbon cutting Friday for Emmaus, a new 8,200 square-foot resource center for the unhoused community in Savannah.
The facility, taking around two years to complete, was built with the help of community partnerships including Parker’s Kitchen, SCAD SERVE, Gulfstream, American Red Cross, Goodwill Industries, Savannah Technical College, and many other donors.
