SHREVEPORT, La. — A Shreveport man is facing a reckless driving charge after police say a video showed him driving dangerously while other vehicles blocked portions of a city street.
KyErin Gilbert, also known as “Li Tooda,” was arrested after Shreveport police identified him as the driver of a blue 2008 Ford Crown Victoria seen in videos recorded Saturday near West 70th Street and St. Vincent Avenue.
