BOSSIER CITY, La. (KTAL/KMSS) – A Bossier City woman was arrested for allegedly setting fire to a house with 11 people inside over the weekend. According to officials, the Caddo Parish Sheriff’s Office responded to Butler Road in Belcher for a report of a fire discovered during a house party.
