STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — Traffic on the Brooklyn-bound Staten Island Expressway is causing delays as back to the Goethals Bridge during the Wednesday morning rush hour.
Traffic from the Expressway began causing backups on the the Goethals Bridge around 6:40 a.m., according to an alert from the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey.
Traffic is reported between the Goethals and Woolley Avenue on the Brooklyn-bound Staten Island Expressway, 511NY reports…
