FAIRFAX COUNTY, Va. (7News) — A man who served as a police officer in two major DC-area departments and recently worked at a school for children with special needs is facing charges after being accused of child exploitation.
According to the Fairfax County Police Department (FCPD), Lawrence Lofzewski, 37, of Springfield, Virginia, is charged with three counts of solicitation of a minor following an investigation.
