TOPEKA – An Alabama man was sentenced to 72 months in prison after law enforcement discovered fentanyl and firearms in his vehicle in Kansas, according to the Department of Justice.
According to court documents, Russell Scott IV, 38, of Gulf Shores, Alabama, pleaded guilty to one count of possession with intent to distribute fentanyl.
