LEOMINSTER — With designs and funding plans in place, city and school officials are ready for the next phase of the Fall Brook Elementary School project. Early site work was scheduled to begin on Wednesday to prepare for a new building on Decicco Drive.
“This project represents one of the most significant investments we can make in our community — our children and their future,” said Mayor Dean Mazzarella, the chairman of the Fall Brook Building Committee. “Reaching the construction phase is the result of years of hard work and collaboration among city officials, school leaders, state partners and residents. We are proud to be moving forward with a modern school that will serve generations of students while doing so in a fiscally responsible manner.”
According to Craig DeCarlo, senior project manager for Left Field, the owner’s project manager, the early site work will proceed through the summer, and should be completed by the time classes resume in September…
