A Miami woman is accused of taking part in a monthlong retail theft scheme at a Palm Beach County Walmart, where investigators said suspects used fake or incorrect barcodes to pay far less than the actual price of merchandise.
Tammye Astrid Ovalle-Enireb was arrested on felony charges of aggravated retail theft, organized scheme to defraud and accessory after the fact, according to a Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office probable cause affidavit. The alleged thefts happened at the Walmart at 9990 Belvedere Road, west of West Palm Beach.
