GLEN BURNIE, Md. — University of Maryland Baltimore Washington Medical Center has once again been recognized as one of the top hospitals in Maryland and the Baltimore metro area in the 2026-27 U.S. News & World Report “Best Hospitals” rankings.
UM Baltimore Washington Medical Center ranked No. 5 in the state for the third year in a row and remains the No. 1 hospital in Anne Arundel County this year, reflecting continued excellence in quality care, innovation, discovery and patient safety.
