CHARLOTTE HALL, Md. — An Olney man previously barred from a Charlotte Hall grocery store was arrested after allegedly returning to the business and consuming food without paying.
Devin Isaiah Herford, 25, of Olney, Maryland, was charged with theft of less than $100 and trespassing on private property.
According to charging documents, a St. Mary’s County sheriff’s deputy responded to the Weis Market at 29989 Three Notch Road on Aug. 2 for a reported trespassing complaint…
