Montgomery County Police have identified the man killed in a two-vehicle collision outside of Damascus Saturday morning as 67-year-old Harold Christopher Christner of Frederick.
At approximately 7:22 a.m. on August 8, 5th District officers and Montgomery County Fire and Rescue personnel responded to the 24000 block of Ridge Road for a serious collision involving a gray 2023 Ford Transit van and a black 2024 Chrysler Pacifica.
Police said Christner was a restrained second-row passenger in the Chrysler and was pronounced dead at the scene.
