HENDERSONVILLE – The Cascades Mountain Resort, at I-26 and U.S. 64 in Hendersonville, could soon be demolished to make way for new construction.
Developers propose replacing the hotel, which has a history of building and fire code violations, with two five-story buildings, one a new hotel, the other apartments.
