WILLIAMSBURG — The City of Williamsburg will begin condemnation proceedings to get an easement for the extension of its trail.
Williamsburg City Attorney Eric Tindal said one property, the location of Williamsburg Manufacturing, has not signed an easement though the City has been trying to get it done for three years.
