That’s not the case for Jala, an upcoming Overland Park Indian restaurant that serves 24-karat gold-dusted lamb chops at marble tables with smoking cocktails. The spot has no problem touting itself as a luxury brand and says it’s ready to back up its claims with an opulent experience.
