ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) – St. Louis City detectives are looking for a man who pointed a handgun at an off-duty officer last week.
The St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department said that on April 15, an off-duty police officer not affiliated with SLMPD spotted a man waving a handgun on the corner of North Ninth Street and Olive Street.
The off-duty officer, who was working secondary security at the time, followed the man, who pulled out the gun and pointed it at the officer, according to SLMPD. The suspect left the scene as the officer took cover…
