Police in York County last month charged a 23-year-old woman and a 32-year-old man after finding dozens of dead animals on their property and seizing dozens more that were severely malnourished and left without water or shelter.
On April 22, Chase Fisher and Pedro Vega-Rivera were charged with aggravated cruelty to animals, cruelty to animals and two counts of neglect of animals. An affidavit of probable cause gave the following account:
