JACKSON, Miss. (WLBT) – May is Healthy Vision Month and two local eye doctors say advances in technology are transforming what happens during a routine eye exam, and it goes far beyond checking your vision.
According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, an estimated 93 million American adults are at high risk for serious vision loss, but only half visited an eye doctor in the past 12 months.
