JACKSON, Miss. (WLBT) -The Genuine MS® Farmers Market at the Rankin County Co-op in Brandon is set to officially open Saturday, May 16, offering shoppers a new place to buy Mississippi-grown and Mississippi-made products directly from local vendors.
The seasonal market is located at 2861 U.S.-80 in Brandon and will operate every Saturday from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. through October 2026.
Organizers say the market will feature a variety of Genuine Mississippi products, including fresh produce, meat products, honey, plants, specialty foods and more, all grown, raised and processed in Mississippi. Shoppers will also be able to visit a pop-up location of the Genuine MS® Retail Store…
