RICHMOND, IN —Richmond police announced on the evening of Friday, Oct. 2, that a warrant has been issued for the arrest of a 18-year-old man in connection with a fatal shooting.
Joshua Wade Smith, of Knoxville, Tennessee, was charged Friday in Wayne Circuit Court with crimes including murder, three counts of attempted murder, attempted burglary, attempted robbery and conspiracy to commit robbery.
