Richland Eat’n Park to open its doors, community invited to celebrate

JOHNSTOWN, Pa. (WTAJ) — The Eat’n Park in Richland is gearing up to celebrate its grand opening, which includes many guest-friendly features.

The new restaurant, located on Scalp Avenue, offers experiences for dining in or taking out, including a new pickup window. The space includes increased seating and parking, a new soup, salad and fruit bar as well as updated finishes, fixtures and decor.

“This new restaurant is an investment in our community and a commitment to our teammembers,” Mercy Senchur, President and Chief Operating Officer, Eat’n Park HospitalityGroup Restaurant Division, said. “Eat’n Park has been part of the Johnstown community since 1985, and our Richland restaurant is an expression of our appreciation for the community’s support. We look forward to creating smiles for our guests and team members for many more years to come.”

The new Eat’n Park will officially open at 7 a.m. Friday, May 29. The grand opening festivities will include free Smiley Cookies, Smiley Cookie decorating, and chances to win free Superburgers for a year, Pittsburgh Pirates tickets and Grilled Stickies…
