MEMPHIS, Tenn. – Graduation ceremonies across Memphis continued Friday night under heightened security after multiple schools across Tennessee received reported hoax threats, also known as “swatting” calls.
Memphis-Shelby County Schools and several municipal school districts told FOX13 they did not receive threats directly, but district leaders say they remain in close communication with local and state law enforcement agencies as ceremonies continue throughout graduation weekend.
