MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A judge has found probable cause in a South Memphis gas station homicide in March.
Terrence Jeffries Jr. was held to state on First-Degree Murder and one count of Aggravated Assault, and Terrance Munson was held to state on Facilitation of First-Degree Murder.
Jeffries’ bond remains set at $1 million. Munson is still being held on a $100,000 bond.
On Mar. 28 at around 1:00 a.m., officers responded to a shooting at the In & Out Express in the 1300 block of South Bellevue Boulevard and located one male victim. He was pronounced dead at the hospital.
Trio wanted in gas station killing last month
MPD said during the investigation, homicide investigators identified three suspects who were in a white pickup truck. Warrants were issued for all three.
Dequarius Nash, 29, who has a warrant charging him with First-Degree Murder, Aggravated Assault, Possession of a Firearm During the Commission of a Dangerous Felony, and Tampering with/Fabricating Evidence, has not been taken into custody…
