The owner of a Fulton County mental health clinic has been indicted on charges of Medicaid fraud and making false statements and writings, according to the Georgia Attorney General’s Office.
Desmond Maul, 74, owns and operates Family 360 Inc., an outpatient mental health and chemical dependency service provider.
